From brief to build, Gensler balanced a 200-year brewing legacy with the demands of a company that moves at the speed of culture, shaping a workplace as dynamic as the brand itself.

The architectural language draws from Molson Coors’ legacy brands. Cylindrical forms reference Coors grain silos and can geometry, while copper accents evoke traditional brewing kettles. Social spaces are organized around an interconnecting stair, creating opportunities for gathering, recharging, and celebrating throughout the day. Serving as a central gathering point, The Pub brings employees and visitors together for everything from casual interactions to large events. The bar’s defining arch takes inspiration from the historic Miller Beer Caves, reinforcing a culture of community and connection.
