As Pinterest expanded its presence in Latin America, its Mexico City office presented an opportunity to express the company’s global brand through a distinctly local lens. The workplace needed to foster creativity and connection while celebrating Mexico’s rich cultural identity. Developed through an intensive design competition, the project challenged the team to create an environment where technology, hospitality, and storytelling converge, offering employees and visitors an experience that feels both unmistakably Pinterest and unmistakably Mexican.
