Amanda Carroll

Biography

Amanda is Managing Director of Gensler's New York office. Also serving as a global leader of Gensler's Work sector, she identifies trends that shape global business design strategy and philosophy for some of the world's most recognized companies, including Google, Deloitte, Citadel, and IBM.

In that role, Amanda advises leading developers, including Related Companies, Vornado Realty Trust, and Oxford Properties, on the future of work and how it will transform their office buildings and districts. Her signature is connecting clients to a greater vision for community impact through values-driven, future-focused design, seen in her leadership on Etsy's global headquarters, Google's St. John's Terminal, and IBM's One Madison flagship. She has also dedicated her career to empowering the next generation of professionals, mentoring through Gensler University and championing early-career involvement across the industry.
