Biography
Duncan is Regional Managing Principal for Gensler's Europe region and a recognised leader in urban transformation. Spearheading the firm's expansion across Europe, he has led the growth of the business and established offices in key markets such as Germany and France.
Duncan has also played a pivotal role in shaping some of Gensler's most significant architectural projects worldwide. As a member of the Board of Directors and Management Committee, he oversees the firm's work in the Cities sector, leveraging its expertise to deliver innovative solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving global landscape. As a driving force behind Gensler's Office Developers practice, Duncan has cultivated a deep understanding of the trends shaping urban transformation, the future of cities, and the evolving nature of work. He is a sought-after speaker on the innovation economy and the regeneration of cities.
