Erik helps leading biotechnology and research organizations translate complex scientific requirements into high-performing environments that support discovery and accelerate innovation. Combining technical expertise with a strategic approach, he creates spaces that empower scientists, foster collaboration, and support organizational growth.

A recognized leader in design for science, Erik’s portfolio spans global industry leaders, startups, and research institutions. His award-winning work has earned recognition from the AIA, Boston Society of Architects, IIDA New England, and R&D Magazine’s Lab of the Year program. Beyond his project work, Erik is a sought-after speaker and thought leader who has contributed to the profession through his service as a National Science Foundation grants review panelist and founding board member of the New England Chapter of the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories. His insights have been published widely and featured in leading international publications.
