Lisa is a Principal and Managing Director of Gensler in Australia. Based in Sydney. she oversees the strategic growth and operations of the firm across Australia and New Zealand. An Interior Designer with 28 years of industry experience, she brings deep expertise and a collaborative, multi-faceted approach to her leadership role
Lisa has worked with Australian and global organisations, leading major projects, implementing design philosophies, and integrating emerging technologies across different socio-economic contexts. Her projects range from workplace transformations for major companies such as KPMG and CBA to new banking ventures in Asia. Her passion for creative thinking and problem-solving to create unique solutions calls for a rounded, multi-faceted approach, from the pragmatic to the esoteric. Customer focus, a dedication to design and delivery excellence a global perspective and collaborating with the next generation of creators sit at the centre of her thinking.
