Acibadem Group envisioned a premium healthcare destination of choice centered on both technology and human innovations to support both a seamless journey for both patients and families in healing.

Solution

The breakthrough was to make every journey through the hospital a part of the healing, replacing clinical uncertainty with discovery.

Across the main hospital, distinct zones, healing gardens, calming materials, daylight, and patient-controlled rooms create a more reassuring care experience. Intuitive architectural cues, digital wayfinding, and flexible polyclinic rooms reduce uncertainty and support stronger dialogue among patients, families, and clinicians. The Children’s Pavilion extends this strategy through imagination and play. Inspired by Cappadocia, hot-air balloons, themed wonderlands, a recurring mascot, and surprise moments transform movement through the building into a journey of positive distraction, making care feel more fun.

The result is a more seamless patient journey, where technology, intuitive transitions, and restorative spaces work together to make care feel calmer and more human.

The campus delivers a more human-centered, coordinated model of care that measurably improves operational efficiency, and has earned six international design awards.
