Biography
Andre is a Principal and Design Director with global expertise in urban design and planning. Nationally recognized for guiding transformative planning efforts for large-scale mixed-use districts and neighborhood revitalization, he helps clients turn complex sites and ambitious development goals into connected places that create lasting economic and community value.
Working with developers, institutions, public-sector leaders, and nonprofit organizations around the world, Andre brings a strategic, implementation-focused perspective to large-scale urban districts and campuses, transit-oriented development, industrial site repositioning, community redevelopment, and affordable housing. He is known for aligning design vision, market opportunity, infrastructure, and stakeholder priorities into clear frameworks for growth. Andre currently serves as Vice Chair of the Chicago Plan Commission and as a Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute.
My goal is to reshape the built environment through bold urban plans grounded in a clear vision and supported by thoughtful investment and implementation strategies. That is how we turn possibility into places that inspire connection, strengthen communities, and create lasting value for generations.
