Biography

Lori is a Principal and Global Hospitality Leader based in Chicago, with more than 25 years of experience creating experience-driven environments across hotel, restaurant, retail, and workplace sectors in the U.S. and around the world.

Her creative design direction and deep understanding of the end user inform her leadership across a diverse range of projects. Lori works closely with leading clients, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Universal Destinations & Experiences, and Marriott, while applying a hospitality lens to retail and fitness brands, including Neiman Marcus, Studio Three, El Palacio, and Sam Edelman.

Lori regularly shares her perspectives on hospitality, design, and sustainability through speaking engagements, panels, podcasts, and industry publications. Recent engagements include a panel at BDNY on sustainable design and contributions to IIDA’s Perspective and Day in the Life series. She has been featured on Top Floor with Susan Barry and in Hospitality Design and Suite Success. Lori serves as an Advisory Board Member for Purdue West Lafayette's Interior Design Program, where she mentors emerging design talent.
