Biography
As Managing Director of Gensler’s La Crosse office and leader of the firm’s Building Measurements and Lease Support Services team, Mitch Luehring brings deep expertise in real estate measurement standards, area analytics, and the financial impact of accurate building data.
Mitch’s work helps clients make more informed real estate decisions by turning complex measurement standards into clear, actionable data. A recognized interpreter of BOMA standards, he co-chairs BOMA’s Office Standard Revision taskforce and contributes to its Floor Area Measurement committee, helping shape the future of industry practice. His experience spans thousands of buildings and millions of square feet worldwide, giving clients confidence that their area metrics are accurate, defensible, and aligned with project and portfolio goals.
