Solution

Hospitality-inspired spaces, flexible work settings, and social destinations combined to create a workplace experience designed around people rather than processes.

Hospitality-inspired spaces, flexible work settings, and social destinations combined to create a workplace experience designed around people rather than processes. We transformed two floors into complementary destinations: a flexible client and collaboration hub that supports activity-based working, and a vibrant social floor centered on community and well-being. Diverse work settings, technology-enabled meeting spaces, wellness amenities, and adaptable gathering areas give employees greater choice in how they work, helping to make the office a purposeful destination in a hybrid work environment.

From brief to build: the design transformed the office into an experience-led workplace where people can collaborate and thrive.

To bring this vision to life, we focused on creating a series of destination spaces tailored to different work modes and employee needs. Hospitality-inspired design principles shaped welcoming, amenity-rich environments, while activity-based working settings provided greater choice and flexibility throughout the day. Distinct zones for focused work, client engagement, and social interaction were carefully integrated across the two community floors, ensuring every space contributed to a seamless and engaging workplace experience.

Impact

Centered on people and community, the workplace became a destination of choice, inspiring collaboration and well-being.

Reimagined around experience rather than transaction, the destination strengthens its identity, improves visitor engagement, and creates year-round relevance for local and global audiences.
