Our office at 500 South Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles is one of our own best projects. The space was recently redesigned as a living lab through focus groups, surveys, and workshops that involved every person in the office. The result is a workplace built around how people actually work, with focus pods for deep concentration, communal tables and huddle areas for collaboration, a model shop, 3D printers, VR goggles, wellness rooms, a family room, and outdoor meeting patio.
